في النقاطِ المُخْتَلِفةِ في اللعبةِ، اللاعب سَيَكُونُ قادر على إخْتياَر بين الطرقِ الخير وشرةِ. هناك نهايات متعدّدة تَعتمدُ على كَمْ اللعبة تُؤدّي. بالإضافة، اللاعب سَيُقرّرُ أَيّ أوغادَ أَنْ يُحاربوا ضدّ. اللاعب سَيَكُونُ قادر على النَقْل بين البدلةِ الحمراءِ والزرقاءِ الكلاسيكيةِ، وبدلة Symbiote في أي وقت كان أثناء gameplay 2 كرس Scholz مِنْ ألعابِ Shaba علّقتْ أيضاً بأنّ المطوّرين "عَملَ على حقاً فَصْل البدلاتِ السوداءِ والحمراءِ لإعْطاء اللاعبِ ملمس مختلف." على سبيل المثال، رجل عنكبوتِ أحمرِ ومناسبِ أزرقِ سَيَكُونُ سريع وسريع، بينما رجل عنكبوتِ Symbiote سَيَكُونُ تدميري أقوى وأكثر. الخريطة الصغيرة على الشاشةِ سَتَتغيّرُ أيضاً. التقليدي -D 2 وجهةِ نظر فوقيةِ سَتُزيلُ، مُسْتَبْدلة بa جديدة 3 دي خريطة ب"إكس"، "واي" و"زد" محور الذي يُشوّفُ موقعَ اللاعبَ في الفضاءِ الثلاثي الأبعادِ (شمال وجنوب، بالإضافة إلى الموقعِ العموديِ). أيضاً، كa Wii خاصّ، هناك 6 بدلاتِ alernate (مجزرة عنكبوتِ، درع عنكبوتِ، بن رايلي، رجل عنكبوتِ 2099، Spiderman كوني وبدلة العنكبوتِ الحديديةِ. )
